Whiskey or Bourbon
1883 Amaretto Syrup
Fresh Lemon Juice
Aquafaba or Egg White
Garnish: Orange Zest
In a cocktail shaker:
Add 50 ml (2 shots) of Whiskey or Bourbon
Add 20 ml (1 shot) of 1883 Amaretto Syrup
Add 25 ml of lemon juice and 3 dashes of bitters
Add 20 ml of Aquafaba or Egg White
Add ice to shaker
Close and shake
Fine strain over ice into tumbler.
Garnish with orange zest.
