Cherry & Chilli Hennessey Sour

Ingredients
  • Hennessy VS Cognac
  • SloJo Cherry Coulis
  • Lemon Juice
  • Aquafaba
  • Chilli slices
  • Garnish: Whole chilli
 
How to Mix
  • 1 Add 50 ml (2 shots) Hennessy VS Cognac, 25 ml (1 shot) coulis, 20 ml lemon juice, 12.5 ml Aquafaba with 2 slices (0.5 cm thick) chilli slices to shaker.
  • Add ice to shaker and shake.
  • Strain out ice and re-shake dry (without ice) to create foam.
  • Strain over ice into glass.
  • Garnish with a whole chilli and serve.
