Cherry & Chilli Hennessey Sour

Ingredients

Hennessy VS Cognac
SloJo Cherry Coulis
Lemon Juice
Aquafaba
Chilli slices
Garnish: Whole chilli

How to Mix

1 Add 50 ml (2 shots) Hennessy VS Cognac, 25 ml (1 shot) coulis, 20 ml lemon juice, 12.5 ml Aquafaba with 2 slices (0.5 cm thick) chilli slices to shaker.
Add ice to shaker and shake.
Strain out ice and re-shake dry (without ice) to create foam.
Strain over ice into glass.
Garnish with a whole chilli and serve.
