Cherry & Mint G&T

Ingredients

Premium Gin
Aperol
SloJo Cherry coulis
Lemon Wedge/s
Mint
Tonic Water
Garnish: Cherry
Garnish: Mint sprig
Garnish: Lemon knot

How to Mix

Add 25 ml (1 shot) premium gin, 25 ml (1 shot) Aperol, 25 ml (1 shot) coulis, squeeze 1 lemon wedge into the shaker.
Add ice to shaker and shake.
Fill glass with ice, strain drink over ice into glass.
Top with chilled 150 ml tonic water.
Garnish with cherry, mints sprig, lemon knot and serve.
