Ingredients
Gin
SloJo Cane Sugar*
Fresh Lemon Juice
Basil Leaves
Basil Sprig
How To Mix
In a cocktail shaker:
Add 50 ml (2 shots) Gin
Add 25 ml (1 shot) of SloJo Cane Sugar Syrup
Add 25 ml (1 shot) of lemon juice
Add 4 basil leaves
Add ice to shakers
Close and shake till frosted.
Fine strain over ice into tumbler.
Garnish with a basil sprig.
*Can be replaced by 1883 Cane Sugar Syrup
