Ingredients

SloJo Rooibos Tea Concentrate
Water
Ice Mint Leaves
Garnish: Mint Sprig

How to Mix

Measure 1.5 glasses of ice into blender.
Add 60 ml (2 red scoops) of concentrate and 112.5 ml (1 & 1⁄2 clear scoops) water.
Blend until smooth but not runny.
Add 4 mint leaves and pulse.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
For a 350 ml serving
