Strawberry Shortbread Cake
Ingredients- SloJo Strawberry Syrup
- Vanilla soft serve/Ice Cream
- Shortbread Biscuit
- Plain Yogurt
- Milk
- Whipped Cream (for garnish)
- Strawberry (for garnish)
How to Mix
- Fill your milkshake canister with 425ml of vanilla soft serve/ice cream
- Add 1 red scoop (30ml) of SloJo Strawberry Syrup into the milkshake canister
- Add 1 yellow scoop (40ml) of plain yogurt into milkshake canister
- Add 1 red scoop (30ml) of milk into milkshake canister
- Blend in your milkshake machine until smooth but not runny
- Add 1 shortbread biscuit and pulse for 5 seconds
- Dress the inside of the frappe glass/takeaway cup with a drizzle (2ml) of SloJo Strawberry Syrup
- Pour mixture into dressed frappe glass/takeaway cup
- Optional: garnish with whipped cream, a sprinkle of crushed shortbread biscuits, a strawberry fan on the side and a drizzle (2ml) of SloJo Strawberry Syrup
- Serve
