What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?
FREE delivery for all orders over R750
Standard delivery fee of R90
Overnight delivery fee of R195
How will my order be delivered?
We use door to door courier services: SloJo Couriers, Dawn Wing, The Courier Guy and Courier IT

Can SloJo ship internationally?
No, we can only ship within South Africa
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
Yes you can, please email hellodirectors@slo-jo.co.za as soon as possible after the order was placed.
If the order was dispatched we cannot change the address.
Can I reschedule my delivery?
Yes you can, please contact hellodirectors@slo-jo.co.za to make the necessary arrangements. If your order was dispatched we cannot reschedule delivery.

Use the search icon on the homepage. You the item that you are looking for does not show. Please submit your enquiry.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
As soon as payment is received your order will be dispatched, within 3-5 working days
What is your returns policy?
If your order/product is damaged please send us an image of the damaged product (we will arrange for collection for our account). If you are unhappy with your order upon receiving it, you are welcome to return the order back to us but it must be undamaged and unopened. If you wish to make use of our courier, a return courier charge will be levied.
