By using this website you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions regarding the conduct of parties accessing or using SloJo’s online website to trade and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Detailed Description of Goods and/or Services

SloJo operates in the food and beverage industry and supplies products via an online and offline system to both trade and the public.

If you do not agree to the terms and conditions stated below, you may not use The SloJo online store. The site promotes the sale of various branded product lines. Purchases made from the site are subject to this agreement. By shopping or browsing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this agreement and all policies displayed on this site.

The SloJo website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from SloJo.

Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 3–5 working days. Delivery confirmation will reference your order number.

Delivery is fulfilled via SloJo, Courier IT, Dawn Wing or The Courier Guy.

Export Restriction: The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

By visiting the SloJo website you agree that using this service is entirely at your own risk. The site and its contents are provided on an “as is” basis and SloJo makes no representations or warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permissible under South African law, SloJo, its directors, employees, suppliers or service providers disclaim all representations including the accuracy of content, products or services.

SloJo, its directors, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense suffered.

By accepting these terms, you indemnify SloJo against any loss or damage including claims by third parties arising from your actions or those of any family member, agent or representative acting on your behalf.

SloJo’s liability, whether in contract or delict, shall not exceed the monetary value of the items purchased in any dispute.

This website and all communications and transactions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Products displayed are considered an invitation to do business. Transactions are confirmed only once SloJo has accepted the order and communicated acceptance via email or telephone.

Product prices exclude shipping costs, which are communicated at checkout.

Cancelled Orders and Unwanted Goods

You have 7 days from the day after receipt of goods to cancel your contract under the Distance Selling Act.

Goods must be returned in their original condition, complete with packaging and in a resaleable state. Goods remain your responsibility until received and signed for by SloJo.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Goods and services are subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, SloJo will refund the client within 30 days.

Order cancellations attract a 1% administration fee.

Unwanted returns incur a handling fee. Exchanges may result in additional charges or refunds based on price differences.

Coupons

Only one coupon and one free shipping discount may be used per order.
Multiple free shipping coupons may result in order cancellation.
Shipping costs incurred through misuse of coupons are non-refundable.

Customer Privacy Policy

SloJo will take all reasonable steps to protect user personal information as defined in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

Stock Availability

SloJo monitors stock levels but cannot guarantee availability. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, SloJo will notify you and offer either a replacement product or refund.

Electronic Communications

By visiting the website or sending emails to SloJo, you consent to electronic communication.

Purchases require complete and accurate information. Purchasing is restricted to persons over 18 years of age. Fraudulent registration is a criminal offence.

Payment Options

Payments may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or EFT. Banking details are provided once stock is confirmed.

Card transactions are processed via Wallet Doc and Direct EFT, approved payment gateways for South African acquiring banks.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the website without notice and to amend these Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of such changes.

We are not liable for inability to access the website due to circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to monitor website activity and investigate violations. We may suspend or terminate access if necessary.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Consent

I understand that all designs and trademarks are registered to SloJo and accept these terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy or duplicate trademarks or designs directly or indirectly. I understand that legal action may be taken in the event of violation.
