Measure 1 margarita glass filled with ice into a blender.
Add 25 ml (1 shot) of SloJo Apple, Melon, Mint Cordial
Add 50 ml (2 shots) of Blanco Tequila
Add 25 ml (1 shot) of Lime Juice.
Blend until smooth but not runny.
Pulse in 2 mint leaves.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with an apple slice and mint sprig.
