Fill a 350ml glass with ice +-3-4 extra blocks of ice
Pour ice into blender
Add 75 g (1 and 1/2 clear scoops) of SloJo Bar-One Powder into the blender
Add 112.5 ml (1 and 1/2 clear scoops) of milk into the blender
Blend until smooth
Pour into glass
Optional: garnish with whipped cream, a sprinkle of Bar-One chocolate and a drizzle (5ml) of Bar-One Sauce
