Ingredients

Lotus Biscoff Crumble
SloJo Caramelised Biscuit Syrup
Vanilla ice cream
Espresso


Instructions

Add 1 yellow scoop of SloJo Lotus Biscoff Crumble at the bottom of the glassware or bowl where you want to serve the ice cream
Place a ball of ice cream on top of the Lotus Biscoff Crumble
Sprinkle some more Lotus Biscoff Crumble on top
Mix 2 pumps (16ml) of SloJo Caramelised Biscuit Syrup with a shot of espresso and serve separately in a small milk jug or espresso cup
Pour the espresso over the ice cream
