In a gin goblet:
Add 25 ml (1 shot) of SloJo Litchi Lemon cordial to glass.
Add 50 ml (2 shots) of gin to glass.
Squeeze and drop 1 lemon wedge in glass.
Fill glass with ice.
Top with 200ml tonic water.
Gently stir.
Add sprig of thyme for aroma and garnish.
