Fill a 350ml glass with ice +-3-4 extra blocks of ice
Pour ice into blender
Add 112.5 ml (1 and 1/2 clear scoops) of SloJo Mixed Berry Coulis into the blender
Add 112.5 ml (1 and 1/2 clear scoops) of water into the blender
Blend until smooth
Pour into glass
Optional: garnish with frozen/fresh mixed berries and sprig of mint
Serve
