For a 350ml serving:
Measure 1.5 glasses of ice into blender.
Add 60 ml (2 red scoops) of SloJo Rooibos Tea Concentrate.
Add 112.5 ml (1 1⁄2 clear scoops) water.
Blend until smooth but not runny.
Add 4 mint leaves and pulse.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
