Garnish: Pineapple slice
Instructions
Add 25 ml (1 shot) of SloJo Ruby Pineapple Cordial to glass.
Add 50 ml (2 shots) of gin to glass.
Squeeze and drop 2 lemon wedges in glass.
Palm and drop 3 mint leaves.
Fill glass with ice.
Top with 200ml tonic water.
Gently stir.
Garnish with a pineapple slice.
