Measure 1.5 glasses of ice into blender jug
Add 75 ml (1 clear scoop) of SloJo Strawberry Coulis and water
Blend until smooth
Add 5g Chocolate chips into blender and stir
Add 15ml (1/2 red scoops) of SloJo Green Apple Coulis at the bottom of the glass
Pour blended mixture into glass
Garnish with a mint sprig
