Instructions
Add 50 ml (2 shots) gin to glass
Add 25 ml (1 shot) of SloJo White Peach Concentrate
Squeeze and drop 2 lime wedges
Add thyme.
Fill the glass with ice
Top with 200 ml tonic water
Garnish with a thyme sprig
