Delivery Information

General

• FREE delivery on all orders over R750
• Standard delivery fee: R90

All deliveries are sent via selected courier partners directly to your door. Delivery charges may vary depending on the size of your order.

If you would prefer to collect your order from our Johannesburg (Midrand) office, please select the Collection option at checkout.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days.

Please note that deliveries to outlying or remote areas may take longer depending on location.

We do not accept P.O. Box addresses, as all packages must be signed for upon delivery. You may be required to present identification and/or the credit card used for purchase at the time of delivery.

Product returns are accepted within 7 working days from receipt of your order.

Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday between 09:00 – 17:00.

No orders are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Estimated delivery time from dispatch:

• Regional Areas: 3–5 working days

Please note: Delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order was placed.

Overnight Delivery

Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM (weekdays) to qualify for same-day dispatch.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Refunds for overnight delivery will only be considered if the courier was unable to deliver within the agreed timeframe due to courier-related issues.
