Mixed Berry Yogi - SLOJO

Mixed Berry Yogi

  • SloJo Mixed Berry Coulis
  • Ice Blocks
  • Water
  • Plain Yogurt
  • Frozen/Fresh Berries (for garnish)
  • Mint Leaves (for garnish)
How to Mix
  • Fill a 350ml glass with ice +-3-4 extra blocks of ice
  • Pour ice into blender
  • Add 1 and 1/2 clear scoop (112.5ml) of SloJo Mixed Berry Coulis into the blender
  • Add 1 yellow scoops (40ml) of plain yogurt into the blender
  • Add 1 and 1/2 clear scoop (112.5ml) of water into the blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour into glass
  • Optional: garnish with a dollop of plain yogurt, frozen/fresh berries and a mint sprig
  • Serve
