Standard delivery fee R80

All deliveries are sent with selected couriers to your door. Our delivery charges vary according to the size of your order.

If you wish to collect your order from our Johannesburg (Midrand) office- please select this option at the checkout stage.

Once dispatched, your order will be received within 3-5 working days from when order is dispatched.

Outlaying areas might take longer, depending on the areas

We do not accept P.O. Box addresses as packages must be signed for upon delivery. You may be requested to produce your ID and/ or credit card at the time of delivery. Please note that we accept product returns within 7 working days upon receiving.

Delivery Times

Orders are only dispatched between Monday-Friday between 09:00-17:00.

No orders will be dispatched on Saturday and Sunday’s.

Approximate time taken from dispatch to the receipt of goods:

• Regional Areas: 3-5 working days
(Please note that this is the time from dispatch and not when the actual order was placed)

Overnight Delivery

Orders must be placed before 11am on weekdays to be dispatched on the same day. Orders later than 11am will only be dispatched the next day

Orders placed on weekends and public holiday’s will only be dispatched on the next working day.

Refunds will only be given if the courier had an issue and could not deliver within the timeframe.

Order Returns/Damaged Products

If your order/product is damaged please send us an image of the damaged product (we will arrange for collection for our account). If you are unhappy with your order upon receiving it, you are welcome to return the order back to us but it must be undamaged and unopened. If you wish to make use of our courier, a return courier charge will be levied.
