Ingredients
SloJo Aero Peppermint Powder
Vanilla Ice Cream
Tennis Biscuits
Milk
Garnish: Whipped cream
Garnish: Aero Peppermint chocolate
How To Mix
Measure 425 ml vanilla ice cream into blender
Add 12.5 g (1/2 red scoop) of SloJo Aero Peppermint Powder.
Add 30 ml (1 red scoop) of SloJo Butter Toffee Sauce
Add 30 ml (1 red scoop) of milk
Blend until smooth, but not runny
Add 2 tennis Biscuits into blender and pulse for 5 seconds
Garnish the inside of glass with SloJo Butter Toffee Sauce
Pour in blended mixture into glass
Garnish with whipped cream, a drizzle of SloJo Butter Sauce and a sprinkle of crushed tennis biscuit & Aero Peppermint chocolate
