Ingredients
SloJo Strawberry Coulis
Water
Plain Yogurt
Garnish: Fresh Strawberries
Garnish: Mint Leaves
How To Mix
Fill a 350ml glass with ice +-3-4 extra blocks of ice
Pour ice into blender
Add 112.5 ml (1 and 1/2 clear scoop) of SloJo Strawberry Coulis into the blender
Add 40 ml (1 yellow scoops) of plain yogurt into the blender
Add 112.5 ml (1 and 1/2 clear scoop) of water into the blender
Blend until smooth
Pour into glass
Optional: garnish with a dollop of plain yogurt, strawberry fan and a mint sprig
