Ingredients
Bourbon Whiskey
SloJo Cane Sugar Syrup*
Fresh Lemon Juice
Angostura Bitters
Aquafaba (Chicpea Brine)
Lemon Zest
How To Mi
In a cocktail shaker:
Add 50 ml (2 shots) of Bourbon Whiskey
Add 25 ml (1 shot) of SloJo Cane Sugar Syrup
Add 25 ml (1 shot) of lemon juice and 3 dashes of bitters
Add 25 ml (1 shot) of Aquafaba.
Add ice to shakers
Close and shake till frosted.
Fine strain over ice into tumbler.
Garnish with lemon zest.
*Can be replaced by 1883 Cane Sugar Syrup
